My Story - From Postpartum Depression to an Internationally Certified Sleep Consultant

I’m Sarah, a mother of two, and I truly understand the exhaustion and fatigue that come with sleep deprivation after motherhood.

After the birth of my first daughter, “Joud,” I struggled with poor and fragmented sleep, along with constant physical and emotional exhaustion. It deeply affected my ability to enjoy even the simplest, most beautiful moments with my baby.

Until I discovered that difficulty sleeping and frequent night awakenings in children are not something parents must simply accept. Sleep is a skill that a child can learn, leading to calm and healthy sleep.

I later traveled to London and earned an international certification in pediatric sleep consulting. Since then, I have helped more than 3,000 mothers across the Gulf regain their rest, well-being, and quality of life.
