Sleep Training Program Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Enrollment


Once you’re ready to proceed, select the program corresponding to your child's age group. You’ll be asked to submit a few details including:

You can then proceed to checkout, and you will receive a payment confirmation.

Step 2: Preparation & Readiness


Before starting the sleep training program, it’s important to ensure the right conditions for success:

✓ You are mentally and physically ready to stay consistent

✓ Your child will remain in a stable environment (no travel or major changes for at least 2 weeks)

✓ Your child sleeps in their own crib

✓ Sleep will take place in a dark, quiet, and slightly cool room

✓ No major changes (illness, vaccinations, new foods, or routine disruptions)


These factors play a key role in achieving strong, lasting results.

Step 3: Sleep Assessment Questionnaire


You will receive a detailed questionnaire / evaluation form about your child’s current sleep habits, routine, and challenges.


This allows us to fully understand your situation and prepare a plan tailored specifically to your child.

Step 4: Personalized Sleep Plan

✓ Daily schedule (wake times, naps, feeding)

✓ Bedtime routine

✓ Step-by-step guidance to build independent sleep

✓ Adjustments based on your child’s age and needs

Step 5: One-to-One Virtual Consultation


You will have a private consultation (1–1.5 hours) where the entire plan is explained in detail, with time to ask questions and ensure full clarity before starting.

✓ Feel confident and prepared to begin

Step 6: Implementation


You will begin applying the plan for your child. The first few days require consistency and patience as your child adjusts to a new sleep method.

Step 7: Daily Support

✓ Responses within 24 hours

Step 8: Results & Progress


Most families begin to see improvement within a few days, with stronger results over 1–2 weeks.
