Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a free consultation?
No. However, you may message or call us with your child’s age and sleep concerns, and we will guide you to the most suitable program.
What does your sleep program include?
Our programs provide structured, step-by-step sleep plans, including daily routines, nap schedules, bedtime guidance, and methods to help your child develop independent sleep skills. This is all delivered and explained virtually on a written sleep plan as well as a virtual one-to-one call / appointment.
What causes sleep problems in children?
In many cases, sleep challenges are linked to sleep associations such as feeding, rocking, or parental presence at bedtime, as well as inconsistent daily routines. The evaluation step assists us in understanding these challenges to provide you with a tailored approach.
Will my child cry during the process?
Some crying is expected during adjustment, as your child learns a new sleep pattern. However, our approach is supportive and gradual, and parents remain present throughout the process.
Do you use the cry-it-out method?
No. We use a gentle, structured approach where parents remain involved and gradually reduce assistance over time.
How long does the program take?
Most programs run between 2 to 3 weeks depending on the child’s age. Improvements are often seen within the first few days.
Is support included?
Yes. Ongoing support is provided via the established messaging channels throughout the program duration, with responses within 24 hours. Most programs also include follow-up calls if required as you hit certain milestones.
Can I start if my child is sick?
No. It is recommended to wait until your child is fully recovered before starting the program.
Can I travel during the program?
Travel is not recommended during the initial stage, as consistency is important for results.
Can daycare or caregivers follow the program?
Yes. Caregivers can follow the sleep schedule, but consistency across all caregivers is essential.
Do you work with toddlers or only babies?
We work with infants and young children up to the age of 6, with programs adapted according to age and developmental stage.
Do you provide medical advice?
No. Our programs are not medical treatments. We recommend consulting a pediatrician to rule out any medical conditions before starting.
What if I have twins?
Twins can be trained, but it is recommended to handle each child separately at the beginning for best results. You may refer to our list of programs for special pricing on twins packages.
How do I start?
